Anyone Got Warned for High CTR?

I just wonder, have anyone received a warning from Google (or banned) for
    the reason of high CTR?
I'm a bit concerned, because after launching a couple of new sites and doing some blending, I got a 2-digit CTR.

I have a massive CTR on some of my sites, one is over 40% and has been for over a year. Not heard anything from them so I'd say you were safe as long as the clicks are not dodgy.

I'm doing 30+% on a few sites with no dodgy tactics and have never heard from Google.
Probably because they are making so much money from my sites : )

I had the same concern too.

Actually I've heared from a lot of people that have banned because other people clicked many times to their ads.

Is that logical? I mean if G thinks that those clicks are fraud, they can just erase them from the earnings, not ban the account.

It's not uncommon to get CTRs of 50% and over. But the number of impressions associated with it is tiny. Tell me I'm wrong ;-)

As long as your clicks are valid I don't see why a high CTR would adversely affect your account.

the real question is, are the clicks converting for the advertiser?

if not, the epc for the page in question will go down... so in the long run, the page will earn less than it did before.

I've got one site that is showing 100% CTR today. Mind you, only 3 page impressions today ;) I recall another time the same site had 200% CTR on very low page impressions, so you should be safe.

o.k. :) but it would show up as really tweaked ecpm, so you'd know that something was wrong... it is not sustainable over the long haul.

absurdly high ctr's can happen with the right page design and content... it's all about how long you can get the eyeballs to stay on the page, how much you distract the viewer away from the ads, how targeted the ads are to their interests, etc.

Unfortunatelly (or fortunatelly?), 2-digit CTRs are common for me with 1000's of impressions. There are rumors about such accounts are flagged for review, that was the reason of my concern.

Do you have an example of one of these sites? I'd be very interested in seeing it!

It my rule #1 - never tell anyone about my sites containing adsense and never post them in forums/sigs.
In general - it has 300x250 on the top, blended-in with text (Arial, 11px). This font matches the 300x250 ad font.
The traffic I get is very targeted, it comes from AdWords.

P.S. It's not MFA-site, it is made-for-affiliate with a single adsense block on it.
