    hi

i have got an email from Paypal today

    Dear

We noticed that you weren't able to complete one of your recent transactions because you haven't added a credit or debit card to your PayPal account yet.

You'll need to do this so you can start making payments using your account.

    Here's how:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Go to 'Profile' and click 'Add or Edit Credit Card'.
    3. Enter your card information and click 'Add Card'.

I am using this account since last one year and it is verified with VCC. I dont have any CC.

    Please suggest what to do.

    Thanks

    service@intl.paypal.com > if you widtdraw
sendmail@paypal.com; on behalf of > if someone send money
    service@paypal.com > if sent money
    service@intl.paypal.com > limited
PayPal3@info.paypal.com > for info about paypal

and i never receive email from reply4@info.paypal.com.
once again, make sure the link in your paypal email is point to https:// paypal.

its easy to make from@anywhere.com email name with php.
just be sure the link on it point to the right website login page.

    yes, its a fake.
domain paypal only .com, and if indian paypal, it should be paypal.com/in and not co.in, and paypal use https:// not http://

if the email show your name in your email beside dear like dear depak chand. its not indicated that this email really from paypal. some one who had already making transaction with you know your name too.

and if you found that domain content indicated to phising website, go and make report to the hosting company. and im sure the acc will be suspend soon. we all have to do this, report all phishing website.

I just did a google search on Indian Paypal and the first site listed was paypal.com/in... and clicking on it redirects me to paypal.co.in/in?
So... what does one infer of it? I guess the site does appear genuine and seems to belong to Paypal. It also has the PR of 5!

As regards OP's question, do you have sufficient balance in your Paypal account to make the payment?
It would generally ask for additional source... only when you have less funds than what you intend to pay!

    Regards,

    RightMan

It is most probably a phishing mail. The link contained thereby do not point to the original PayPal website but a replicated one.

The sender email can be anything. One can send you email from using a simple php script.

    Regards

No man it is not a genuine site. Just check it don't contain httpS:// instead it contain http:// which means it is for sure a phishing site. Guys be aware of it.

However it redirects to main .com site but still our username and password is not safe and they are not sent over a secured layer.
