Hi, I have 1 or 2 niche domains lying around, and I thought I could probably use it with Build A Niche Store.

Anyone got successful with it? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

No harm in trying, especially if you think you can rank #1 for that niche.

Well, there is some harm, since I'd have to pay $97 for the license...

BANS isn't worth it to be honest, invest in another e-book that will give you other ideas ;)

Those types of sites are pretty profitable if you can get traffic to them (mainly organic search traffic.) The problem is that a simple BANS site won't get ranked well unless you do some link building and add some good content...

So it's not a miracle money-maker, but it can be worthwhile if you get the right niche. But then again, most sites can be worthwhile if you do it right.

And of course you could code the sites using the eBay RSS feeds and an RSS aggregator if you don't want to spend $97.

I got into a niche, perhaps I am lucky, wrote just 5 articles, submit them to Hubpages, Squidoo and Ezinearticles and I have made sales. The commission are quite good and now, with more than 50 sites in 50 different niches, I am earning like $10 a day.

10 a day from each, or from all of them together?

Definitely checkout the Commission Junction section of the affiliate marketing forum here at DP. There are many successful BANS users there and they frequently post their tips and tricks for making money with BANS & CJ in conjunction.

the problem is that CJ is no longer the affiliate, eBay created their own eBay partner and it seems to be going through a little teething problem otherwise BANS is a great product with great support

Yeah, it's called something like target, or center, or whatever, I don't remember.

If you go to the BANS website, you'll see that it supports the new affiliate system.

BTW, does anyone know if the new system uses PayPal to pay? Cause I thought it was weird they didn't pay with PayPal, seeing that eBay owns them...
