Anyone got refund from PayPal to HDFC Netsafe VCC?

Hi,

I had bought a product from Regnow by Paypal and fund source was HDFC Netsafe VCC created from Mastercard CC. Now Seller has refunded full amount after 27 days from purchase date and Paypal has automatically transffered that amount to Netsafe VCC which was used to source the fund. Now 2 days over but I can't see any credit to my Credit card balance/statement yet. I am worried about it.

so I want to ask that anyone have experienced with similar situation before.

You will get your money back for sure. It takes time. Depends upon the date your seller refunded it.

Seller has refunded on 8th May'12 and refund process was completed to VCC by PayPal instantly.

Can you tell me how long does it take to get credit to credit card account?

Since its 8th May only, You will get it by 15th May.
Go to Txn history in Netsafe and check your card. Once it starts showing amount charged, remaining will come to your card.

Actually that Netsafe card status is closed because It was already charged 29 days ago. Now seller is refunding the payment by PayPal.

Doesn't matters.. After sometime it will show some other amount as charged. And you should get money back by 15th or even before that.

 

Yes I have got refund to my vcc once but its very tidious procedure you have to wait with the tension for so long and there is a great chance that you might have many days wait

 

It's a long process, but you will get it in the end.

 

I have received credit to my HDFC CC today. It has just taken around 60hrs. Thanks to all of you for reply. Thanks to Digital_shubhi for quick reply on my thread .
