Anyone got any experience with automated link exchange sites?

    Hi DP Friends,

    I was wondering if anyone got some experience with automated link exchange sites. I searched for some and to me it seems like a perfect solution to build "free" backlinks. Also, i would like to know how it compares to building backlinks manualy.

    If anyone got some experience, or can give me advice about this, it is greatly appreciated.

    Manual submissions all the way my friend. At least you can be more selective and personal.
