Anyone got a use for this script? Grab product from external page

    I wrote a script a while back that can grab a products name, price, description and auto generate keywords just by putting a url to that product page. I wrote it and forgot it, does anyone have any use for it? If so I can build it out and release it or just toss it. Let me know. You can see an example of it here (Yes looks ugly, sorry)

    Currently its setup to work for products on Target and Tiger Direct. Here are some example urls to use:

    Target:
    http://www.target.com/Merona-Merino...?ie=UTF8&node=1041846&frombrowse=1&rh=&page=1

    Tiger Direct:
    http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4011672&Sku=G180-17002

    Havent really tested it, but seems to work for the urls I put in

    If you develop it some more you could sell it to affiliates that syndicate content, but I'm not sure if you'd get a huge demand for it as most affiliates prefer product datafeed readers instead.

    I tried entering your Target url into your demo and it didn't do anything.

    The original use was a way to grab all products from a site like Target and build a feed to submit to like Froogle. It was a project I did at my previous employer back before PHP 5 was released and actually never finished it. (Left the company to start my own business). I came back to it awhile back but didnt go forward with it due to other side projects that have taken off. So I was going to either toss it or see if anyone has a use for it.

    I could have a use for it
    can i have the script and take a look at it?

    My use for it probably wouldn't be for grabbing prices from other sites it would be more like grabbing content
    Ex scores automatically updating on my site

    Im still a noobie at coding so i would probably just mess around and see how it works and see if i can do anything with it.
