At the top of the screen there is a H in a blue box, near the signal bars. Does anyone know how to remove it by any chance or know what it is?
I have SE w700i but i never see any H in a blue box, near the signal bars Have you done anything before it appear DON.
Well it's actually someone else's phone from work but they said they didn't do anything - it just appeared the other day. I think it's diverting the calls to their voicemail instantly, I have tried call diverts etc and that isn't the issue. I've also google'd it and nothing came back about the "H".
I'd go to the place of the carrier. There should be someone on staff reasonable qualified to know what it is. Look for the underpaid teenager staring at the iPhone.
Use Master Reset (Restore all settings to factory default. The SIM card is unaffected. Note that you may lose content that was in the phone at purchase.) under settings. DON.
Nope. Bluetooth sign is different one. Thats not a bluetooth sign for sure. When Bluetooth is on below sign appear just beside signal. DON.
Yeah the bluetooth was turned on as well as it's a different sign for sure. Plus having the bluetooth on wouldn't redirect calls would it? Unless you are using a bluetooth handsfree I guess. Probably be best with a master reset, they usually solve everything
At the top of the screen there is a E above the signal bars in mine mobile.. Actually i had buy this mobile from london may be E is coming because of England.. And you are saying in ur's H is there so from where u had buy ur cell..??
May be this is some kind of connection, but i dont know which one. G stands for DPRS, 3G for 3G, may be PTT ?. Dont worry if nothing bad happens?
Which model are you using? Usually letter symbol mean the connection you have for your phone. H = HSDPA E = Edge G = GPRS
Hi dynashox, Thanks for the info.. any ways what's the meaning of "E" i mean is there any specialty of that connection..
E stand for EDGE (Enhanced Data for Global Evolution). The connection is faster compare to GPRS, but slower than 3G. Not all telco offer EDGE in their service because not all mobile phone support it. My mobile phone is Sony Ericsson w810 and it support EDGE.
