Anyone got a strategy for 24 hours of sales. By that I mean, I'm in the Uk but have been targetting USA and I get no sales ever - well almost never - while the US sleeps. Its good for me just now becuase i have a day job that lets me set up the marketing for the next night, if you see what i mean, but i would like to sit all day and watch the sales coming in. I guess i need to target far East/Australia and Europe but because of language difficulties etc this seems to be a problem. Anyone got any ideas?
This is all what indian call centers are doing. People get paid only 100$ a month And they work all night long~
Not really,if your product is crap. I believe that nobody will buy it. If you have a really a good product,you only need to spent time in promoting your site and it will naturally gain sales 24/7
Web is meant for 24 hour sales. I buy 1 Am in the morning but not frequently. My most online (for that matter offline) purchases are during the week-ends.
I generate sales 24/7. The world is literally open 24 hours a day. The sun is always up somewhere. And even when the sun is down, the web is always "open for business". I generate my sales by focusing on: Building and sending to my own targeted lists (Email Marketing with AutoResponders) Article marketing Press Releases Blogging Advertising (Classifieds, Ezines, etc...) Even when I had to take my family out of town for a week during the aftermath of Hurricane Ike, sales continued to come in. When I sleep, sales come in. When I am coaching my sons' basketball teams, sales come in. When I'm playing a gig somewhere (I'm a bassist), sales come in. The Internet is an amazing tool. Used properly, you can generate revenues 24/7.
that really depends on your targeted geo. if you target US only, then u will get day time sale and low traffic or hardly any traffic and sale when people sleep. but if you target global traffic, then its 24x7 as when US sleeps, UK is just getting ready to get up, and Asia already finished their breakfast long time ago preparing for lunch
yeah it all depends on the niche your selling if is on demand then all you gotta do is promote promote promote
If your just targeting US you might not get sales 24/7. Expand your marketing efforts. Also you can never just sit back. Once you start to sit back sales stop coming in. No Marketing = No Sales I try to aim for at least 1 sale a day for my sites. I normally do more, but I find my best time for me is Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
