Anyone Get Reply From Accounting/Paycheck Department?

    hi,

    I've send couple of emails to clickbank accounting/paycheck department few times in these 2 weeks but still heard nothing from them?

    Is it normal for them to take so long to reply?

    Don't you get an automated reply with a Ticket Number on it? That's what the large companies do when they have something remotely called a support desk :p

    No.. I don't think clickbank got this kind of automated stuff..

    I got a auto reply with my ticket number and about 4 days later got a written reply from accounting.

    In my experience it's more effective to give them a phone call.

    I contacted them several times via the web-form and got no replies. Couple of phone calls resolved the issue.
