I have to laugh, my husband was actually serious when he swore on his life that he would never get on a plane with me again... We are planning to go Amtrack to New Orleans next March, late March...17-24 or so. We do want to stay in a B&B for at least two days...other than that, I'm not too big on really nice hotels(but I'd stay at the Ritz Carlton in a heartbeat!!)..just need a place to shower and sleep....but not a hostel(sp) either!! Just kinda want to know where the locals go, what to do...I don't want a vacation where it's constantly go go go!! thanks!
