    I have to book some .ca domains. But I am unable to fulfill http://www.cira.ca requirements. Can anyone help me regarding this by joining cira membership(free)?

    Or if you have any other solution pls help me ..

    But you can register domain but if you fails to show cira certification your domains will be canceled.
