I'm quite familiar with clickbooth, used them for quite a while and can't say anything bad about them. They have a TON of offers, are incentive friendly, and best of all (In my opinion): If someone from (for example) germany clicks a US CPA ad, he automatically gets forwarded to a german CPA ad, for which you also get paid. Can't say anything negative about them, they've always done me good..
