Is anyone else experiencing problems with Loudmo support ? I've had no replies to direct emails sent & when i call them after choosing the options available via the phone system all I get is voice mail. Anybody else having similar problems ?
it takes them a while to reply from my experiences. i wouldn't worry about it too much just give them some time
They work only during business hours and even than it takes some time to response. Maybe someone here can help you with your problem.
Loudmo is formally a popular PPI program whose name I can't remember but I had problems working with that program earlier which is now discontinued.
Easter holiday is coming so offices will be closed since Thursday till Monday... so I can expect that on Tuesday they will have many open tickets to be solved so be patient. Now the response will slow down.
