Why would I possibly want to change and resell your signature? Accept that you're in the wrong, you'll not be getting a refund, period.

If you have anything else to say I suggest you contact me directly, instead of posting here.

Now you're making yourself look like an idiot. I said you could resell and change my signature which is clear by what you quoted. It's not my fault you misunderstood a simple sentence. You would want to change the signature for your own website or resell it as I get more posts.

This seems like it is talking about his signature except the 50 dollars part. This seems like a misunderstanding. Maybe if there wasn't a comma after 1 year it would of been clearer.

@ Techblog - you're not getting the money back, so either file an unauthorized transaction or say good bye to your cash - whinging about it (and fighting with Crimsonc) isn't going to do any good whatsoever ;)

You're pretty much screwed except for attemtping a pp chargeback. however why buy a template when there are thousands out there that you can CSS your own for. Just keep the existing ownership link in the bottom and you should have no problems.

I've invited you to try and go through PayPal and you have yet to do so. Regardless of weather you believe you own full rights or not the extra work I did for the theme is the reason I can justify not making a refund.

One last time then I'm not coming back to this thead: Contact Paypal.

So you're saying because I asked to to make it valid and change the font size you wont refnd me? You sold me full rights then went back on it because you think you did not get paid enough.

I should not have to waste my time with paypal. You know you're in the wrong so just give me a refund so we can get on with our lives.

Well if you do the extra work for free, you can't come back later and charge for it.

Yeah, I bought a few themes with full rights from cdotech, but after some time she/he posted all of them in her/his portfolio. I both PMed and emailed her/him asking to take them off since I bought them with full rights, but she/he ignored me and you know what? The themes are still THERE!

I decided not to buy themes with full rights anymore.

Crimsonc, is there any reason why you have not refunded? It's obvious you misunderstood the fact you could resell or change my signature. Why on earth would I pay $50 for a template that you could resell or change? I suggest you go back to 8th grade...

    waiting for a refund.. thanks..

request an 'unathorized payment' from paypal and get your money back without any problem, its clear this kid knows he is a scammer, and isnt going to give your money back. Its his fault he cant understand simple english.

Not only am I not a scammer (check my iTrader, then check his...) but I have told him more than five times to take it up with paypal. Until he does I'm not getting involved.

Is it not curious that while I've actively encouraged him to take the PROFESSIONAL route and do this properly, he has not but keeps dragging this thread up in an attempt to further blacken my name. You have now suggested he go to paypal, I have done so also and several others in this thread.

And how dare you call me a kid scammer, not only am I not a kid but you have no knowledge of my past dealings, no one has ever had a bad word to say and if you think I take money and run you should know I issued a refund not two days ago because I knew I could not complete the project for the client in time. The actions of a scammer?

    Once and for all:

GO TO PAYPAL, STOP DRAGGING THIS THREAD UP. YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MULTIPLE PEOPLE SO HEED OUR ADVICE
