I just found one of my site has started to has its own site link for its own name and some keyword. However, it seems a little strange.

    - When type for domain name without extension, the full sitelinks (8) appeared
    - When type fo domain name with extension, the small sitelinks (4) appeared.
    - When I do search for some keywords I optimized for, the appear to have small sitelink (4) while the number one still have full sitelink (8).

I do seach for many old and authoritative domains with ton of backlink and found things differently comapred to my domain - All of them has full sitelinks (8) whether typed for domain with or without extension. I think something is going on with Google and my site since my site has only 1 year 6 months old and it is the first time they started to have sitelink. Do you guys here ever experienced this similar situation for your sites? :)

Yes that's completely normal. Google, is testing your sitelinks against different keyword phrases.

I think that Google takes time to produce sitelinks. You can even see your sitelinks disappear for some time, and they will come back again. I think that you should not worry about this and wait for some time. Hopefully more pages from your site will appear in sitelinks and you will see more links in sitelinks.
