I was looking to becoming a hosting reseller and ran across a company selling on ebay. They claim unlimited accounts for both banwidth and storage.

Has anyone every dealt with or knows abot this company? Fatnetwork.net

    Thanks:)

I would recomend going with a host with set boundries and packages you can move up to if you need more space.

I offer such packages but I don't want to spam too much ;)

Fat Network is HORRIBLE! Let's just say once your site starts receiving traffic, your site will be disabled quickly. I'm not even talking about a lot of traffic either. 500-1k+ uniques a day and using 1gb of bandwidth a day will probably have your site disabled. Support is quick but their supposedly unlimited reseller account is very limited.

    I would not suggest them.

    1. There is not such thing as unlimited space or bandwidth.
    2. There support is good though
    3. There server are over loaded. We have a reseller account with then that we have had for 2 years now and the server load is always high, cpanel takes forever to load and we bring this up but the issue's are never fixed or they just come back.

You will never find a reputable, reliable and decent host offering unlimited accounts. If youa re still in the market we can provide you some cheap prices.

I have to agree with you, I have been with them for a year and noticed all the above.
They respond quick, but they don't tell. For instance they suspend some account, I think by mistake and then they unsuspend without saying anything about it.
Lately they have to move accounts, I guess as a result of overselling.
They just couldn't tell me when the exact date is that they'll move the sites.
Then they move my sites, and I know it the hard way when clients complain.

My suggestion, is go with them only if you have a low number of sites that are inactive most of the time, otherwise you will have headaches.

Any hosting company that offers unlimited this or that will have problems. It cost someone money for the transfer and they can not pay for unlimited transfer they would go broke

I have been with FAT Networks for a year. They said they lost all my data and then refused to even discuss it let alone compensate or refund any of my previous months. I have lost all customers and thousands upon thousands of dollars. They are truely a scam company. They advertise unlimited space which I have nearly run out with slow servers and then finally all data lost without any backup

I had some trouble with these people:
They crashed a disk after a surge (????)
They were unable to repare or replace the disk and to restore the account or whatever.
They just terminate the account paid IN FULL for one year in advance after 4 monthes with them.

In other words they conned me.

I'm in the process to inquire in Vancouver to learn how to sue them for that.

I had like others here some trouble with incompetent staff who liked to closed tickets before all was clear.

That host is in no way professional and seems to be managed by a bunch of kids playing with PC.

Fat Networks is a Scam , a fraud and very unprofessionally managed company. As of the time of this thread, i have a elevated dispute against them for breach of contract for their reseller hosting and in no way have i ever violated their Terms of service. I have about 50 customers who's sites are down due to FAT NETWORKS incompetence. The answer quickly with politically correct ( cookie cutter ) emails, but their servers are consistently down. I have setup toll -free support to work my customers through thsi and it is sad a honest reseller of integrity has a bruised reputation while fat network hides behind their unanswered emails. Ihave contacted my credit card processor also and am seriously considering legal action in light of the fact they are illegally blocking my customers from accessing their files to transfer to a new server, which is highly unprofessional. PLEASE DONT USE FAT NETWORKS overused servers. If you need more info, please email me and i will provide details.
