I'm almost tempted to use this service(reviewme.com) after reading some nice reviews. What's been your experience?

Is there anyone here used their service? I would love to hear some feedback.

I received a discount code from them but am wondering if I should give it a try.

Don't buy from somewhere unless you can visit the site and verify the number of feedburner subscribers they have.

I paid $100 for a review on one site and got zero clicks from it.

While your case is unfortunate, it is called "review me" not "advertise me". You're buying the bloggers time to criticize your site - the traffic, link, and exposure are just bonuses (though Im still researching for me review of reviewme).

I've used their service. I've never purchased a review, but one was purchased form my on my MLB News Blog (before I sold it). It was pretty nice because the link as purchased at the end of the month and I got my $30 in my PayPal just a few days later.

Plus, my site was featured for that day and I received quite a bit of traffic. I say it's well worth it to test them out :)

I have had a couple of review requests...took one the other was no good

Has anyone else asked for reviews? I am just wondering how accurate is the pricing scheme? Can you get much traffic from these posts or is it really just a critique of your site so that you can learn on how to improve your site/services?

Reviewme is good if you are targeted with your selection. If you have a site about dogs, there is no point in getting a review on a tech site. Getting backlinks from established sites is absolutely helpful, though.

Reviewme gets a 50% cut of the review price, so consider contacting the blog owners directly. many people will do reviews for free if you ask nicely!

I asked for a review of my new ebook and provided a link to download it. I asked for a specific reviewer in my niche area. Dozy woman reviewed the bloody site which was only half completed with a temporary sales page while I awaited the copywriter finishing off.
Total waste of my time and money because she didn't read the instructions which specifically said the book not the site.

With $500 I can pay 10 people (or 1) to write 10 quality articles related to my business and publish them on my site and I think the results will pay back more than a review on some website.

Just went down to $300. Shoemoney.com costs over $2000 to get a review on.
