There doesn't seem to be enough time in the day sometimes... has anyone ever had experience with a polyphasic sleep schedule? Its the idea that you can function normally on as little as 3 or 4 hours of sleep each day by taking multiple naps throughout the day. I've tried to get it a shot a few times, but end up falling asleep after the first day or so. Think it would work?
Intersting. I've been doing the same unwilling because of this project that I need to submit. I dont know which sleep I prefer yet
