Anyone ever get earnings without a click?

Anyone ever get earnings without a click? I consistantly have days without any clicks on one of my sites that still somehow gets earnings. Not really a bunch of money, just a few cents, but I find it strange.

It's probably because Google is showing ads that pay per impression rather than click.

It's from Ads that are pay per impression rather than clicks.

What kind of earning are you getting lately? Meaning if you don't get click, how much are you earning per day? How many impressions do you get? In the past, I was not able to get 1 or 2 clicks per day. But after I put adsense into my contents, it seems to work better now. I get average about 5 to 6 clicks per day now with average about 400 impressions per day. I am not sure if this is still low.

I'd say that a CTR of 1.5% is pretty low.
I've got one site that give 3% and I can't manage to raise that. And I've got sites that regularly have CTR's or 15->20%. It all depends on a) your niche, and b) your site design.

What is most popular niche nowaday. For free site, the site design is very much fixed, nothing much can be done about it, right?

Typically when I get clicks without impressions, it's like 1 or 2 clicks and they appear at 12:00 midnight Google time at the start of the new day. I've always been under the impression that those clicks were from carry over from the previous day.

There is a minimum CPM for ads, isn't it compensation for ads you run that fell below that CPM and they were charged that minimum as opposed to the clicks?

Is this "minimum CPM for ads" published any where on adsense terms and policy? Because I don't recall seeing any where.
