Anyone else's Referrel Revenue set to Zero??

I woke up today to find my referrel revenue set to Zero, as if it started all over from October.

WTF?

Hopefully this is just a glitch.

 

Same here. Everything but the old audited referrel revenue is gone.

 

Yes, I getting the same shaft - er, I mean mine too is set to zero.

I get nearly 2 million page views a month with one of my sites - it's time to find an advertiser who appreciates this kind of exposure; Chitika continues to go downhill in my eyes.

 

Relax guys. They are obviously experiencing a glitch in the system today. I'm sure things will get back to normal in due course.

I'm all for patience Jafar, but this is but another glitch or tweak in a series of events as of late with Chitika.

For example, one page on my site that averages 500+ visitors a day, has shown impressions of 4, 4, 3 and 0 for the last four days respectively.

 

Since Chitika is still in beta afaik, you need to cut them some slack. I saw a 3 figure some disappear from my own referral earnings, and while I'm concerned, I'll give it a bit of time before I get too worried and it will be a long while after that I start declaring the end is nigh like some people tend to do on DP forums before all the facts are known (on various issues, not just Chitika or this thread)

 

It's winding me up too - terrible stat reports, full of holes.

I think I'm gonna pull the plug.

I understand it's in beta, but frankly I'd rather use something that works.

Hopefully it IS only a glitch in the system.

Right now though, there's no way to prove that those referrel dollars were in there if they keep it at zero. That definitly would be the last straw for me if they took the referrel dollars and explained it away with something silly.

 

I concur. It's not a kneejerk reaction - it's an aggravation, one atop another.

I too hope it's merely a glitch, but likewise, if all of my referrer's income goes away this will be the proverbial straw.

 

Just heard back from customer service-- it was a glitch and should be fixed now.

Yes, my referral data is showing back up.

I've yet to hear from them regarding how my impressions could go from 765 to 4 though on a channel/page that gets hundreds of visitors a day.

 

I have only one referral and I was wondering if he/she got banned when I saw zero referral earnings for this month this morning.

But now it's back to normal, so it was only a temporarily glitch.
