I fear there is an issue, at least with one of my affiliates. I am new to CJ (only been with them for a few weeks now), and I have averaged 5-10 sales a day each day, and I have never had a no sale day OR a one sale day. Sat I had no sales, Sunday I had one. None so far today. This is very fishy since weekends and Mondays are generally the best days in my niche. Traffic has stayed constant on my landing pages, so that is not an issue. However, I am unable to check the "Best Performing Links" report to check my CTR and impressions over the weekend. The CJ site throws up errors, so I am VERY skeptical that I have had one sale in 3 days (zero so far today). Anyone else having issues?
I didn't have any issues last weekend, but during last three years there were several occasions (3 or 4 times) when I had no sales recorded for several days because of tracking errors at the merchant side. In each situation I got bonus payments for that period in the weeks following, so now I don't worry at all when it seems that tracking is broken. They are very good at tracking sales and at spotting missed transactions - broken tracking. After all, they get percentage (I think it is 30%) of what is paid to publishers. So on every $100 you get, they receive $30.
My yesterday commissions went missing .. I called up my AM if there is any tracking issue. He is checking it., I noticed Sunday , Monday tracking dint work properly.
That is not true. If you don't receive commission, they don't receive they percentage also. It is in their best interest that every sale/lead is properly tracked.
