Anyone else using Rackspider for ecommerce hosting?

    was referred to them by IT person who said their servers run well with Open Cart Ecommerce platforms. However, my experience has not been good for 2 days I am with them.

    * Disabled live chat support
    * Main number sometimes answers in foreign language (I believe it sounds Indian)
    * Support is only thru email which feels like I am back in 2004.
    * Most of video tutorials don't work.

    Trying to decided if I need to cut the cord here and go back to hostgator.

    Sounds like they haven't updated with their website in forever, lol! Let me ask you, if they haven't updated their website in forever how long do you think it's been since they updated their servers?
