Since a few weeks ago it seems I am unable to use my credit cards to fund my purchases only my bank account. I have contacted paypal about 3 or 4 times by phone now and got told 3 or 4 different things. Last person I spoke to said since they are updating their system it could take up to a month for things to get back to normal. Way to upgrade

Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

I am verified and all and have used them before but now this (Expanded Use Number Needed) junk appears and I can't do anything to give them what they want.
