Hope your friend is right... Although i'm not depressed (unless I am but just don't know it...), but it does help with making decisions.
lol when did this get dredged up again? (okay so it wasn't that long ago it was posted...just seems like it was to me... ah well)
there's nothing wrong in talking to 'themselves'. even i used to do it sme times(looking at the mirror n not frm outside ) it helps reduce our stress, tension n all.
Yes i think this happens with me 24x7 . When ever i do something my mind keep running for other side and results too which sometimes create trouble to take decisions too . I have suffered so many losses from my near ones that now i don't believe anyone till my mind pass his questions . Sometimes my friend says what are you talking about and than i make a smile and pass them . AHH when i stand in front of mirror than I fell like a James Bond .
I don't think James Bond stands about infront of mirrors talking to himself that often...y'know, with the stopping terrorists and other stuff going down in his life, I wouldn't think he has time for it.
I do this sometimes, but not in the same way. For example if I know there is going to be a discussion about something I will mentally prepare an answer for every question that might be asked. So in my head I argue against myself so that my reald discussion later on will be better.
yes i am talk myself. whatever work i do means i will talk to myself and plan and do perfectly my brain orders me.
Having a conversation with yourself in your mind is perfectly normal. If it were to progress to arguing with yourself then......we could have a problem here.[o]
I no only talk to myself in front of the mirror, well, I find the mirror creepy so I try not to talk to it as much now, but I do it while walking alone, it is a great way of sorting out what you want to do, I think it's great! Well, if I hear really loud talking to self action by someone else I'm actually concerned whether that person is mentally stable and wonders whether people will feel that about me when they hear my talks, of course, I try to keep my talks to myself. ...Not sure whether I should post because it such an old post but I think it's an interesting topic.
