Anyone else having trouble getting Clickbank to respond?

I created my own ebook and audio series and put it up for approval by Clickbank 9 days ago. They say it should take 3-5 days. I put up an image for approval 9 days ago. They say it should take 1-2 days.

I emailed them two days ago to check on both. I haven't heard anything at all, even though they say they'll respond to email within 1-2 days.

Anyone else having this problem? Granted there was a weekend involved in these times, and I sure don't mind waiting if I heard SOMETHING, but this is getting ridiculous.

So this morning I finally got my approval after 2 weeks of waiting. But I go to the CB website and it still says Pending Approval. No way to activate. I emailed the rep back who approved me.

Does it take a bit for their servers to catch up with their approvers? Just curious, not meaning to be impatient.

This is very typical indeed, I'm afraid. Their idea of "customer service", frankly, leaves almost everything to be desired.

Well, after contacting the CSR who approved me, she wrote back and apologized for making a mistake. All is right with the world now. :)

Hmm.. my experience was the complete opposite. I submitted a product for approval, got an email telling me what to correct and I took my sweet time (about 3 days) to correct the problems then reply to her email and they approved it and responded the same day.

Then I waited a full day to pay the activation fee and my product was active when I checked later that day. I guess it depends on who you get.

Sometimes it may happen if they're too busy I suppose..

Just call them if it's something urgently important..

I always had issues resolved the same day I emailed them.
