I have been trying all day to access product links and I can't get them to display. I'm talking about the search feature when I click on the "Product" links in my advertiser account and try to search for a product. They were working fine yesterday. Is anyone else having a problem or is it just my computer and/or internet? Thanks
I'm having no problems. Probably an individual advertiser things. Try their data feed if they have one.
Thanks for the reply. It's actually doing the same thing on all of my advertisers. I can access all of the other links -- just not the product links. I finally got frustrated and called C.J. The rep went into my account and tried to do the same thing from her computer and said it wasn't working for her either. Said it must be a problem with their system -- said to try again later. Hope it's working tomorrow.
