Anyone else having problems with slidshows?

    I am creating a blog using this theme;

    http://www.themes2wp.com/goto/http://www.wpcorner.com/demo/index.php?wptheme=Antares+Theme

    and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the pictures up into the slide-show. It appears as though I just create my posts with pictures and it should take care of itself, but it doesn't.

    How do I do this?

    Also, where is a good tutorial site that is up to date with the modern wordpress.org version?

    You need to make them featured articles, in the theme's admin section. This is what it says on the promo page:
