Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

oh man...i have withdrawal half k on 31 Jan -sunday night.

I haven't received any email alert from paypal, but Paypal Status shows transaction completed !!

So where is the money ??...somewhere in between the wires ???

I think we'll receive our money in march.

 

All people are telling the problem.. But no one is calling paypal. Even i have the same problem. I have made the first transfer to my bank (Axis) 27th of Jan and made another 2 transactions on 28th Jan. But all 3 amounts still not credited to my bank account. I have firstly contacted to paypal on 1st of Feb. They confirmed me on that day that paypal has released all 3 amounts of mine. Now i need to check my bank. After getting the confirmation i have contacted to mhy bank again and again. I had a talk with the higher authority of the bank. But they confirmed me that they didn't get any money from paypal.
Now today i stated calling paypal. I had talk with them around 5 times. So, finally the main issue is that paypal is facing some problem to transfer the money to indian banks. And it will take some to resolve. Below is the details of their email response to me...

I will ask/request to all paypal user who are having the same problem, please do call paypal. I am giving you a paypal number. You can call them using your skype also and 100% free of cost. Paypal Customer Care number is > +18882211161 (You can call to this number using skype and 100% free of cost). If we all indian people will ask them then must take some steps very sooner.. Please do take some steps...

 

i initiated another withdrawal yesterday, and that now shows completed today, would i get the money? or would it get locked too...

 

Who have faced the same problem last year, when you people have received your money??? After how many days? Please mention....

 

I just called them up and they told me that there is no problem with the Indian govt. They said that there is a problem with the internal system banking system. Pls call them up and tell them about you problem. U can call them on skype , this is the number +1882211161

 

No payment on Wednesday. My Withdrawals are more than 9 days now.

Two of my Buyers informed me that paypal has sent them below email :

The fact is money is never taken from my account yet.

Both of these 2 senders have personal accounts and I have business account.

Personal payments are the 2 tabs which was present like a couple of days back. It was used to avoid fees.

Now it's dead and gone

I have withdrawals pending from 29th Jan (Friday) and for the first time from paypal which still not credited.

so lot of confusion in my mind, that the account number is ok, or will my bank receive the funds or not, and many on.

But after reading this thread got some patience that everyone is facing the same problem

Are you from India and are your buyers from India? I got a payment from a dealer via paypal and I am personal verified in paypal and Indian too . Is this specific to some people or blanket problem.

 

I got the same email but the money hasn't returned and I'm from Australia...

 

I am from India (Business Verified account) and all my buyers are from outside India.
Some have personal accounts and some buesiness accounts.

Today 2 of them informed me that paypal has sent them email that money they sent last week is refunded to them.

I just don't know what's going on?

 

Even some of my friends said they got like this in the transaction details when they got money in paypal

Amount received: $0.06
Fees : $0.06
New Amount : $0.00

How crazy is that? People went on saying all sorts of things but someone from Paypal Support should put some light on it. Some say doing masspay is good as it charges 2 cent per dollar but u got to be a premier or business account holder to use masspay. Wonder what people are doing to cope up with this apart from using othet payment options.

Yes I also said that in my earlier post Personal verified paypal from India. Touchwood but I dont have this issue I receive my payments without any problems
Ask your buyers what kind of account they have when they sent you the money, maybe that will lead somewhere.

 

What you guys will use as alternate if says Paypal is Total Broken
