Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

    Yes it was surely abusive and the wrong way to address them. I agree that they were unprofessional too and they should not be reversing all the payments for all Indian users without any clarification or before informing us. But using abusive words to them will not help either. At least we should be professional ourselves and hope that they resolve everything soon.

    That sounds good actually. Did they say everything will be resolved automatically. Then maybe we need to wait till Teusday and check. Hope the transactions are again reversed back if possible. Anyways lets hope it gets resolved till Teusday.

    Wow dude, Were you drunk or something when you wrote this? Even my neighbor's 6 year old kid will tell you that the language you used is extremely offensive. Sending such mails will definitely not help our cause! Everyone out here is as angry and frustrated as you are regarding this goof up from paypal but that does not justify the use of such language while sending mails to customer service representatives.

    Yes.i think so.once your status is completed,your money should will be bank account.If your status pending,paypal can cancel withdraw and cover negative balance.

    When we are loosing and things are not undercontrol then even 6 years boy will also get frustrated. After all we are humans and we don't care for about others its there responsibility to release an official announcement not just to do copy paste

    I have waiting for 3 withdraw payments to my bank account.i checked my bank account 2 minutes back.none of payment yet to come.

    Yes PayPal is a big company and it sucks that they have nothing to share information with us. Their is no Policy updates, their is no announcement I think better for us they have to lock all PayPal accounts until they restore their so called system!

    Mate, no one's disputing the fact that what Paypal has put us through is extremely unprofessional and totally wrong. It's just that sending such an offensive email is not going to get us anywhere. It will only prove detrimental to our cause.

    Your new email text looks good. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. Personally, I'm down about $2000 all in small payments of less than $50 each and I'm unsure I'll be able to get those back. I hope paypal automatically reinstates these reversed transactions.

    That's right but I am sure if things not settle down in next 24 hours people will surly mail them like this and they have to understand our condition too after all we earned money by doing job.

    Those idiots not want to allow Personal Payment option then why they implement it few months ago! They have no rights to reverse money as buyer sent money from their own option.

    I agree but when there is an issue for us no one wil help. What if they closed there business ??? What if clients wont repay ??? After all its Paypal there are many companies are bankrupted. For foreigners there will be an insurance but for us we need to pay to authorities and we need to walk to court etc etc

    Which makes more frustrated many people are dependent on e transactions.

    All i can say is "do not trust their promises". The funds will be credited to the customers account/senders account. We need to chase our customers & make the payment again. Because, if they reverse the fund from their account & pay back to us saying "the reversal made in mistake", they (US People) will sue PayPal saying "why should they get troubled just because of problem/bug in system".

    Its we, Indians suffer, just crying here, not even try to call/contact them.

    Everyone tries to teach one of our members how to communicate with them politely? But, anyone tries to teach PayPal how to run business, not doing this mess up?

    Guys: I just made another call, talked to Charles: He says "the reversal is a problem with the system. However, he is sorry for any inconvenience. but, The payment reversed from our account will be sent to the senders account depending on the method they choose "credit card/direct/PayPal" etc. (that means, if Payment via PayPal, it is done immediately, CC, will take 2-3 days time). But, the amount will not be reinstated automatically into our account after the bug is fixed up. After he said this, he cut the call. Very unprofessional.
