Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

I just got 1 more transaction reversed that too from 3rd.

few of mine from 1st are not reversed.so Just wondering if they are doing at random or what ?

Just Got a email from a BIG company in USA who sent about 300 transfers to India every week:
They said some of these 300 transaction reversed because someone at paypal FLAG it as Personal instead of SERVICE which is still allowed.They said they contacted their account representative with paypal and paypal will correct the BUG

so wondering again if these reversed transaction will again reversed?
If they do what will happen to people who paid again?
may be paypal is trying to set a LOOP so they can earn more fees.

They will do reverse all funds from Feb 1 done as Service/Other/Personal Option. For Service they will reverse funds which doesn't have Shipping Address or Subject notes.

 

Don't worry process is started and PayPal will deposit funds through NEFT today so we can expect some of people will see money in bank around 12 Noon. So keep eye on your bank accounts who knows good news is waiting for you.

Chaos guys, last night i called those idiots and they told me there would be no more reversals from my account, my current account balance is $ -4728. Mods pardon my profanity, but WTF exactly is up with them? I have absolutely no idea how to go and get back all that money they have refunded.

What is paypal registered as in India anyways? As a private bank? Non banking financial corporation? What gives them the right to do all these things to our money?

edit: missed the above posts, lets hope the money arrives.

 

Yes I think best thing is wait for 1 weeks to settle the all issue. I am sure everything will be all right in next few days.

Its ok if they reversing payment, but why the deducting the fee???

Well some people got money in their bank account who requested money on Feb 1 and people requested from 25th Jan 2010 is still waiting. It's really strange.

 

Yes they are mad now and don't know what the hell they are doing! Why not they reversing money without deducting any money.

 

Use moneybookers or Alertpay they are far better

 

Well it also not work as mostly webmasters dealing with PayPal which means we have to use PayPal in any case.

 

Woke up to this email from Paypal today:

I hold a verified Premier account and the company in question is likely a premier/business account holder as well (ad network) and payment from them has been coming each month on the same damn day and nothing ever got reversed or disputed. Add to that, it was clearly mentioned in the transaction that the money is for the payment of adverts and still, Paypal reversed, because I am an Indian!

If this isn’t racial and regional discrimination and profiling, then I don’t know what is and if paypal doesn’t comes back with an apology and assurance that this is never going to happen again, I will take my business elsewhere and ensure that I do not ever recommend any one to Paypal (which I have done numerous times in past) and stop doing business with websites/companies/individuals which only do transactions through Paypal!

 

Yes this is wired to see they are deducting money as Fees and it goes to their own accounts! Who authorize them to revert money without concern with us, even their terms and condition as well as Policy doesn't allow them to do it,
