Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

I got the same message today also. Not sure whats going here yet but hopefully it gets resolved. This is a waste. payment was less than 100.

 

I just got hung with Paypal on phone. It actually looks like a bug and would be completely resolved in next 24 hours.

I got negative balances as well and they said it would all be fully back to your original outstanding before end of Friday.

Also, all my clients got COMPLETE refunds (including fees). So please ensure the same.

1.They never giving money to seller or buyer as market rate......giving always 2 Rs less
2.After sending and Accepting or Receiving money taking Fees 100$ behind $4
3.Taking money when you withdrawal your own money from paypal

If I now ask for payments as "goods payments", what should the client enter in shipping address.. and when I pay somebody then?

If people do it as goods than they have to give there address so most of outsourcing payments for services etc will go down?

No credits in my bank account as yet for withdrawals dtd. 30th Jan but I am relieved that the process of depositing has begun and some have already received it. This means we all would receive our money in a day or two!

Hit by this for the first time.

Got one of my payment of $65 reversed by paypal.
Happened around 4 AM, so this isn't solved yet...

I sent the email to the buyer for re-sending the money selecting "goods" annd providing shipping details.

 

Paypal have reverse a transaction and my client is telling me that he haev not got money in his account , whats the problem?

 

I'm a buyer and the money didn't get credit to my account so how am I suppose to resend the money? =[

 

No,So far only 1 guy has confirmed it and he also not sure...
