It means it will take only INR 2000 to open up an Proprietorship Company.

I dont think RBI should have any problem with business transactions as they go into Current Accounts and not personal accounts. Current accounts are under IT surveillance and we have to pay tax.

Download and install Skype (It's free). All you need is a headset. After configuring skype call this number

    +18882211161 (it's toll free)

It will connect you for Paypal U.S. customer service. When an agent picks your call then tell them that you're calling from India. They will then transafer your call to International dept. Hope this helps :)

Indian banks have a huge business with remittances to India. So it should be solved asap or else they will lose a huge business and profit. India is the world's leading receiver of remittances, claiming more than 12% of the world's remittances in 2007. Transferring money to India from abroad is happening from past 20 yrs and RBI cannot stop this all of a sudden.

So I think there is no point to panic. The issue will be resolved in a few days I guess.

I am about to receive a payment from clickbank which is also a direct deposit to bank account. So if I receive that payment then it confirms that only paypal has some problems with RBI. If not then it means that whole NEFT system is affected. We have to wait and see. I am sure that the reason behind this will fall out within the next few days. I am planning to call my bank and inquire them also regarding this. Let's see what the bank oficials will say about this.

Reporting this wont help. We cant sue them in this country. And there's no point in suing them. That wont solve the problem. If RBI canceled their transactions then they are not entirely to blame. I think the more co-operative way could have been that RBI could have sent them a notice period to get the authorization for the transfers and then completely block their operations when the period is over. I do0nt know if this happened. Its possible some RBI authority discovered suddenly that PayPal are making transfers and it is becoming popular day by day and decides to stop them and ask for their authorization without even giving them some kind of notice.

Many says that MoneyBrookers is the best alternate until this issue is resolved, but the question is still there that how many of buyers have MB account and will they still open new MB account just to pay me? I know, its better to ask the buyer, but don't you think its impractical to open an account just for one payment?
