For India it'll work only with a credit card. Don't we all love our third world status?!! Anyways atleast grocery shopping, electricity, internet, phone bills, petrol/deisel bills are taken care of by the credit card. The rest will have to be wire xfer and or xoom for now at least

    Huge market
    No control of Govt.

Other 3 big markets for them are USA/UK/AUS but they can not do fraud there due to stick Law enforcing agencies.

in India if they are able to hold the funds for few weeks and do the reversal couple of times like they are making huge money.
