giving 44 Rs for withdrawals and taking 48 Rs while deposit do u really think its normal because even the rate is 46 Rs now

if the withdrawals fails they need to use their own policy 5$ cut but those idiots doing other way. these companies can do anything for making profit. now they started robbing users in this way.

No paypal cannot charge any fee for the withdrawals made over Rs.7000. This is because they are already taking this fee indirectly by giving low currency value during exchage. For ex. when the 1usd=46.5 INR they only give us 45 INR. THis means that they are charging fee. However paypal just makes a hype by saying that they transfer without any fee.

i am sure they have something here other wise how will they pay their employees in india.

Plus if they have opened a bank account in india but not registered it then they are going to have major legal case against them

any way whichever it is we cannot file a case against paypal for the less money tht has been put back into paypal accounts cause thts something to do with exchange rates,

However we can file it for causing inconvinience but tht wud also invlove the indian body tht was responsible

I don't think it is possible. I'm sure their TOS will have provisions for such transactions. Companies like paypal have a very good legal advisory team and they will not do something which is illegal or against their tos.

These are normal risks of doing business. Every business has risks. These things do happen once in a while. It is better to just move on and concentrate on our business rather than wasting time, money and energy in fighting a battle which we are likely to lose.

The bottomline is that we are all at the mercy of paypal. After discussing for almost a week we have not been able to come out with an alternative to paypal which is even half as good compared to paypal. Even after going through all these issues, I'm afraid paypal is still by far the best option we have to carry out business online.

Oh yes paypal is going to suffer big time with all this refunding and shit they have done without realising tht thir accounts are going to go into negative just like ours.

After all these negative accounts are from paypal. they chose the wrong time to put the money back into the accounts as rupee had strengthed itself since last month against the dollar.

by reversing the money into the paypal accounts they have cused lesss amount of dollars to get reversed (these are the withdrwals i am talking abt)

It has been 14 days now! How much longer will it drag! First delay in payments! Then reversal of payments, which resulted in loss for a lot of us. And now withdrawal reverses, which have led to further losses due to imbalanced exchange rates...I wonder what they will do next!
