No all withdraw not paid to your bank are being Cancelled. This means they will cover your Negative balance so paypal don't loose any money.

GUYS THIS IS TO PROTECT PAYPAL AND NOT TO INDIAN USERS.

I do not know about the present scenario but I am highly concerned about this fact that is Paypal still thinking about the withdrawl issues.
We are unable to withdraw our hard work money and Paypal is still not concerning and fixing this bug.

If Paypal is redeeming money back to our Paypal account although the status shows completed, than I am pretty much sure that this withdraw option will not be available for few days else they must have not issued this refund.

This is something very serious for Indian users how they will get hard cash in their hands

I think you need to go through few posts above you properly as paypal reversing withdrawal money to paypal accounts itself instead of deposit in indian bank accounts

    Hello,

Did anybody have their account in PAYPAL credited with the amount that was withdrawn to bank account?

I got an email from PAYPAL this morning stating it will be credited within 24 hours of time. ?!?!?!

    Now this is really irritating.

I would like to add a bit to this.. Rohit actually its not mandatory to file a return if you have your income below taxable limit. which is 1.6 lakhs for this year's income. For women its 1.9 lakhs and for persons above 65 yrs its 2.4 lakhs. So if you dont file your return because you do not exceed the limit its ok. But if you need to claim a deduction of business loss etc or if you need to get a TDS refund then you do need to file the return even if its below the income limit. Though filing returns every year do have a benefit over not filing...basically for loans and stuff..

Yes.. your PayPal income is considered taxable in India.. If its below limit then no need to file return.. though its beneficial in some cases..
