i checked it out and it is pretty cheap for what i cud gather. way cheaper than paypal. my only concern is how reliable are they also the excnage rate was better in cmparison

Looks like Paypal is reversing all the personal payments starting 1st of Feb 2010. My payment from TextLinkAds was reversed and there is no word yet from them (TextLinkAds ) as to how they're gonna resend my payment.

Another payment from a client also got reversed. I was lucky that the client was kind enough to mail me and inform me about this issue (I had already delivered the service)! He has resent the payment (this time NOT as Paypal Personal payment). Keeping my fingers crossed and waiting to see if it gets reversed as well or NOT!

 

I doubt it will come, i wish it does though !

i checked out the xchange rates too in comparison to paypal

1 GPB = 70.54 Rs at paypal today

1GPB = 71.99 Rs at remit2india

Plus the fees is way lesss

for transfering 50-500 USd the fees is only 35 Rs
at paypal we also have to pay reciving fee
this looks like a good option

 

apart from tht you also have options to send drafts and debit transfers

Remit2India has an option to send yourself money using your Paypal balance. Sadly though it requires a Social Security Number. Do not they realize this service can also be used by resident indian's like us to bring in money from paypal

On 29-Jan-2010 I Transfer $157.30 To my Bank Account..For that i received a mail from PayPal that "YOUR MONEY WILL BE IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ON OR BEFORE 05-FEB-2010"...But am not received the amount (But the transfer status is completed on 31-JAN-2010 itself)...I send the mail to PayPal on 06-Feb regarding to the transfer,But they not yet replied.....Now its 08th of FEB..
