    not really dude.. I just checked my paypal account and it shows Negative balance. Well, may be things would come to a positive end by Monday Evening (US Time)

    Great work, ifreakz. Your recoding will count as an important and strong proof of the lack of support from Paypal to Indian customers in the times of this crisis.

    Just 14-15 hours more (if this issue will be handled by Paypal US) or a few hours wait in case Paypal India handles it. They are expected to sort out the mess from Monday.

    I hope that the first thing they could do is to come up with a press release with the actual circumstances and the steps to be taken from our side. That would put the end on a lot of guesswork, that we have been trying since last 3 days.

    That may be one of the reasons too,paypal was a easier way to bring money into india from other safe havens like swiss..

    Transactions that I made yesterday and day before yesterday are still safe in my account...:)
    None of my clients reported about any reversals...

    But one question on my behalf..
    ARE THEY GOING TO PAY OR REVERSE THE AMOUNT THAT WAS REVERSED WHEN OUR CLIENTS PAID US.?

    1 up from me about the non-reversals.

    I got a 'test' payment on 6th Feb (as "Goods" + shipping address specified) and it still lies in my account.
    So, at least, we can expect the things going in right direction, as of now.

    BTW you need to ask them one more question that why still reversal of payments which made through 'Goods' option with shipping address as few of indians claimed ??

    Wait wait... not 48 hours over! :D

    I got another payment yesterday, lets see what happens. I thing can't understand still if PayPal are having problem with RBI or any then why they are reversing payment? They could keep the balance on our account. I am afraid whether will get paid or not again for some returned payments. Anyway, I am really expecting something good as you all.

    They have not made any official statement yet.

    According to the guess by the masses in this thread, it is chiefly due to change in some policies by RBI, and Paypal not being able to cope up with them..
