but guys think about this...if PayPal was working out of India (had their headoffice in Mumbai) and had some issue with federal bank of america (like reserve bank of india) and people in the US were the victims (like us), who do you think they would have blamed? PayPal or their own central bank?

i meant NEFT sent from the PayPal side not the local banks . its all fine with others . Its Obvious that PayPal still has the money that are showing up as "completed"

They will blame us Indians anyhow. Probably Obama would have been on the way or they may have sent a task force.

Bank knows nothing about this situation. It's between RBI and PayPal.

    Quoting From your other post:

    NEFT Process is like these

    Paypal --- RBI ---- Banks

Banks - They just collect the files and credit them

RBI - its the mediator for the payments

    Paypal - Sender

    ---------

Actually it is like this...Paypal---> Deutche Bank||City Bank ...> RBI Clearing House ..> Your Bank

    Nothing New ????

    U are not understanding

U have right to ask the high authorities

i called up the authorities and inquired abt the process and how it will be

Direct transactions wont be happen so RBI is the mediator between Paypal and Bank

I think its with no one other than PayPal. RBI can only meddle in withdrawals, but why the payments to different PayPal accounts will be blocked. I would be very happy, if i had funds in my PayPal and unable to withdraw. Last year, it was the same case. People, who i had to pay, were shouting, but I had an answer that please take my dollars and be a part of the horror. However, this time around, it was and is horrible :(.

I think its time we stop blaming PayPal and start helping them by calling RBI instead. because i think they are the real culprits here who blocked those NEFTs and stopped our money from reaching us

Since all the payments are reversed, RBI won't be able to help much.
Its the game that PayPal is playing.

You are calling the RBI culprit? They are the one who's protecting us from the odds.
Its the PayPal who started the foul play, not RBI. And, we are mainly talking about the reversals. Not the delay in Withdrawals.
