Anyone else click others sites "Just for the heck of it"??

I have never clicked one because it's there. I have only ever clicked a couple of ads and that was because I was interested in the advertisment.

 

You should never click for the hell of it. It hurts publishers more than help, since chances are they are tracking which ads perform best based on genuine user interest. Of course, your one click will prob not mess their stats too much, but it could for people just starting out.

 

Thanks to clickers like you, many innocent publisher are terminated or their revenue per click is decreased.

 

I just Ignore the adsense ads and I Don't click on any ads even if it's informative. If I want the information, I just google it.

 

well. i intend to advertise my self, so i dont mind paying for the clicks if it is genuine. e,g someone wants to go to the site.

 

If the ad is related to what I'm looking for.
If not I skim right past it!

 

I use to when I first started with Adsense but now I only click when I'm interested in the ad. At first I didn't realize that even though I was making someone a little more money I was costing someone some money as well so I would click to be nice. But now I know better and it's just not fair to the advertisers.

 

No I certainly do not unless I am genuinely interested in learning more about the product/service! Wasting advertisers money is not cool at all. You would understand this if you were an adwords advertiser.

 

There is no point in clicking adsense ads because some one has worked hard to make a site.I click the ads only if it interests me and if i feel i will get some valuable information from that site.

One type of ad that I will never click is the "text image" ads, just because I find it lame
