Anyone? Seems like this is pretty decent way how to earn some serious $ if you have some money to invest.. If you split between 10companies which stocks you buy and if they have had in past 6months only raise in share value - seriously there isn't a reason why the trend shouldn't continue. well some may drop but if split between 10 , then 5 of them won't go down of course! So anyone doing any kind of stock trading and how is it going?
i have worked with arbitration with corporate firm, which is a different method , you need lot of experience and patience to be a trader. most times stock prices are over valued, if you pick good opportunities for sure you gonna make some good revenues. as a investor long term investment always pays, if u check google ipo came at price $90 and its now above $580, thats 580% returns, though its almost more 5 years now so 100% returns a year.
Yes i am doing stock trading. The first thing i always consider is to wait for a month atleast after watching a particular script. Once you have known the trend of that script then you can easily know what is the better time to invest. Risk prevails in that as well but it is lowered compared to day trading in same stock.
Long time trader. I would suggest just lighting your money on fire instead of investing in stocks right now. Without experience and market knowledge you will get the same result.
Your method will not work and have many flaw such as all 10 stock will go down in price. This is same with gamble. Its much better if you only invest in the potential company with high dividen its more secure.
I don't do it anymore. Lost about $40.000 las year I still have some stocks in my portfolio, but I'm keeping them for a bright future
If it were that easy I would have retired 20 years ago. Try again. Been at it 30 years. My first 10 years were a disaster. Don't expect ANY type of trading to be a short term winner because you will be competing against traders who are much smarter than you and who have much more experience than you. Tom
Just remember - if it was really that easy, everyone would be filthy rich. Stock trading is a very dangerous game, but it can be profitable with a bit of common sense. I tinker a bit as a hobby, but I'd probably have a heart attack if I did it full time.
I have a bit in stocks- mostly in energy companies. My brother invested in a large chemical company that was extremely undervalued and in less than a year has earned back 4x what he put in.
Ouch. I used to trade Options around 3 years ago... found it to be very high risk... but also very high reward... I knew so many people that got burned doing it though... you really have to know your stuff! Now my passion is marketing! Bit more fun than looking at dry and boring charts all day haha James
I only invest in mining stocks, these are doing very well. i've bough shares of Sarissa Resources (SRSR) at the end of 2007 and they have increased 25-fold almost made me rich (if only i had put more into them)
Yes i trade and have done for 20 years mainly trade ukx, cable, spx and some times indu but that can be a beast at times thats why i usually do spx as it is not as volatile and all with stops in place even when going long or short.I use CMC out of london the main reason is that with my specific account i dont have to pay capital gains or tax this is due to a legal loop hole in the UK tax system. People who are total novices that think they can make a fortune from day one in this game better sit down and think hard about it trust me if you dont have a clue or even very little knowledge you can come unstuck big time.
