    Uhh.

Chances are slim, unless it's blatant and the place he or she copied from is a real company, corporation, or sole proprietorship.

Fines..just think. Lawyer. Lawyer's are expensive.

In my experience, a cease & desist letter sent by our clients' lawyers usually does the trick...

It's as easy as pie to catch the thieves. There are ways to find your content on the web and a quick DMCA notice to their host & Google will have it down in no time. I don't even bother sending it to the website owner. I may copy them on it, but usually scrapers have no contact info online.

Its means single person or small companies can't take it serously or can't do anything.
Secondly, suppose company is from Uk and material copied in Australlia.
Then it is too expensive for any company.

That is the only way to take any action according to Digital millienum copyright Act..

Right, duplicate content user never use their original identity.
I think only loss is site banned.

But do you know anyone caught in DC???

The website is hosted by Layered Tech. The nameserver IPs are 72.232.41.106 and 72.232.41.107. You can contact abuse [at] layeredtech.com according to the WHOIS lookup.
