I wanna make my blog with a membership function.

I just need a simple function, which is visitors need pay before register. that's it!!

yes..any suggestion?
if a visitor wanna be a member in my blog, he/she need pay money (let say 1US) thorough paypal, after successful payment,
he/she will link to registration page.
