Anyone can advertise on Yahoo?

    I'm not a Yahoo rep. but, I'm pretty sure they would allow you as long as you are legit and not trying to defraud them. Business, is business. They do allow advertising in all countries, so why wouldn't they accept legit business from those countries?

    Some countries for e.g. Iran are not allowed I think because of government sanctions.

    as long as you have money you can advertise, only some countries are not allowed.

    I think yes, anyone can use that. Only thing you need is to go through Disclaimer first. I saw some where that Yahoo is giving some $ 25 free to start a campaign.

    Yes, we can use that. But after registering in that we need to pay $25 more to make $50 in our account to start any campaign. So look out.

    Yahoo is not as good as google for advertising internationaly...google control 75% of the search market in the world yahoo controls much much less...with the exception of China you are better going with Google
