Yeah I built the PC I'm using right now. I built it maybe 8 or 9 months ago with no real problems using new parts from http://NewEgg.com . You can get a kit from newegg or tigerdirect that already has some things installed in the case. I recommend the newegg kits because they usually just come with a case and power supply then you can choose your own RAM, CPU, etc. If your PC is mainly for business you should be able to get a decent system for $400 including OS.
