Anyone being scammed like this

    Someone has been contacting me from this site saying that we had a transaction together but they refunded me to much money.

    Its a lie and Ive never heard of this person and I guess they would be doing this to others...

    They have been sending me lots of paypal requests for $18

    here is a copy for anyone else who is haveing the same problem :

    Please send back the request amount which you got to this paypal. Keep 10% of it as a small gift.

    If you haven't done any transcations with him, don't send the money. Simple.
    If he opens a dispute, then you may re-consider things, but I am not a pro at PayPal. :)

    Just check in your paypal that did you got the refund from someone or not.If not then ask for transaction id from him and i'm sure he wont reply ;)

    Just found in my PM messages that I had actually made a transaction with him on here on DP.


    It was to have a link in his signature..

    I paid 20$..


    didnt get a refund..


    Now he has even been banned on DP...


    and he is asking me for a refund!!

    Some people do anything for cash. There is so much scam here you not even now want to buy anything from anyone that has not been tested before. All this SEO scams that they will raise your PR for xxx money is so much scam it makes me sick.

    Thanks for making us aware of this Party Supplies. Please allow me to take this opportunity to warn everyone in this forum about another fraudster. This guy is conning webmasters into turning over their hard-earned money for supposedly doing SEO for websites.

    I paid him a lot of money for nothing and there is no question in my mind that I was robbed. His website is http://www.covenantglobal.com/.
