Anyone been using apache 2.2.4 yet?

I know cpanel/whm easyapache doesnt seem to support it yet but I would say there is a workaround. ON all package systems I have seen such as ubuntu, fedora and such it is not there yet. Anyway, apache claims there was mass improvement to everything, that it is supposed to be just as fast as nginx and a much lighter foot print. I would be very interested to hear from anyone who is using apache 2.2.4 now.

    Thanks!

I have had it compiled on server without control panel. Looks good though. Stress testing still under process.

I have some cpanel servers setup with apache 2.2.3/php 5.3.17 and mod_ruid. I did some benchmarks a few weeks ago in comparison to litespeed, it seems to have done better in some but not as good in others. I would be interested to see how 2.4 with ruid does.

@Miles, if you will post any benchmarks Id be interested. Just make sure you include the tests and/or ab test strings you did so I can test against 2.2.3
