Anyone been in touch with MB lately?

Those bitches (moneybookers) have locked my account for no reason and I'm tried of sending them mails since weeks and they don't bother to reply. Are they on vacation or what? I'd like to know who had been in touch with their customer service and when so that I can confirm that I'm not the only one they are ignoring.

PS. don't post "Call them" I can't call for some reasons

How many times you have tried to contact them through email support

And btw as you said 'you can't call them for some reasons' then you have only email support option available so send them another email.

    DON.

well last time I've used mb was last week when I withdrawn my money to my card and haven't used their service for long period of time.
Never had problems with them. You must have done something bad

about 4-5 since 2 weeks. And I think an Account being locked is a serious issue not something that can be ignored to deal with later

@28192137: When was the last time you got reply from them?

I contacted them via email on their site regarding the issue that I wished to cancel my MB account. So, they did, they did cancel my account. They did reply and stated that my account has been closed, I went on their site to log in, true, they did cancel my account as I requested.

No just two peer 2 peer transactions and locked without giving any reason

one bad transaction is enough to lock ur ac - most probably the funds that u send or received belonged to a questionable ac... ur ac in trouble IMO ..

Boy, I am glad that I am over with MB. PayPal seemed to be familiar for the us here in the USA.

PayPal charges fees to receive money, while MB does. In the other hand, MB charges a fee to transfer the money from the account to the bank.
