Anyone banned from MSN?

I have read several threads about people having some pages vanish from MSN... others have pages vanish and then pop up again, but has anyone here had their complete website banned by MSN??


I found it kind of aamusing to see several of my sites are completely gone, even typing the url in the search box brings no results... wonder when did MSN start doing this...

 

Mine are still doing well.

Are the sites that are gone black hat sites/do you have any ideas as to why it took them out?

 

I dunno, but I'm ranking real strong in MSN for all my sites. MSN seems to love on page optimization.

 

Yeah... black hat sites... MSN sure took quite a long time to detect them, nice to see they are tweaking their algo

 

I saw an authority site disappear the other day ---- I have been watching this site for years becasue it is my biggest competitor.....The funny thing is that the site should have never dissapeared.... It's back now, so it was gone for about 1-2 days tops......

They are definetly moving things around bigtime......

 

My sites have been gone for over a week, so I guess they aren't coming back

 

One of my site's been gone for 2 weeks now and they were ranking right on top for some of my key terms. Not really sure why though.

 

Same here, I had a site with 5 keywords top 3. Utterly gone in SERPS. Though surprisingly there are now 768 page indexed as opposed to 186 previously. Not too shabbly considering google has indexed 33600 pages.

 

I don't think that msn is banning the sites. I have two site which is completely disappear from msn, but one of my site is back in msn index after one week with same keywords ranking. Also waiting for other site to get back in msn SERPS.

 

i'm seeing some heavy movement - it looks like a live sex show - lots of up and down!

 

I'm seeing my site drop for every formerly high ranking keyword I check. The weirdest thing is that if I type "sitename.com" in the address bar, all I see is sub pages in the results instead of the first result coming up as the "sitename.com" main page.

Example:

I hope that this is the case, I lost one of mine about a week ago and have seen reports of others coming back but I'm still gone.

 

One of my sites dropped to n/a for all keywords about 2 weeks ago. (Still high in Google and Yahoo). As I said in another thread the only change made recently was the addition of Geovisitors to two pages.
If it does not come back soon I might try and remove Geovisitors to see if it makes a difference.

 

One of my sites with tons of backlinks seems to have been banned about two weks ago. I don't think it is coming back.

 

Damm! msn is only showing one page now. Msn bot has been hitting the site heavily of late. There may be light at the end of the tunnel...

 

Same here, they removed one of my sites (www.mostpopularsites.net) - I don't see any reason why they should.

Is there a re-inclusion request form for MSN?

 

don't you need to pull a drive by outside the redmond headquarters to get banned from them?

 

Well, my MIA site is down to one page in the index. Time to start digging.

 

one of friends got a traffic Equalizer site banned in msn, 100%

they have removed every page of some of my rss sites, except for the front page

 

If you will spam any search engine can ban you . There are lot of sites banned by MSN
