Anyone Analytics Master Here: Badly Need Help for Setting Goals

    Hello Fellow DP Members,

    Any Analytics Master Here:

    I badly need help in setting goals and funnels for my website whitefleur.co.uk

    I had set goals but i am not getting correct data.

    I had set goals like this:

    Match type : Regular Expression Match
    Goal URL : /target.html(this is our thank you page)
    Goal Name : Purchase complete


    Define Funnel:

    Step1: / Home
    Step2: /index.php/myCart.php?action1=add Added to Cart
    Step3: /index.php/myCart.php?action1=process Proceeded to check out
    Goal: /target.html Purchase Complete

    I had done everything to the best of my knowledge but the data i am getting is wrong

    when i see funnel visualization i can only see the first step. please see the image below

    Can anyone please check my URL navigation to goals and can help me correcting the goal settings

    I need to know the following in funnel visualizations:

    1. How many people added product to cart
    2. How many proceeded to check out
    3. How many abandoned the cart
    4.How many people finally purchased the product.


    Any help will be appreciated
