Does anyone have a contact # or email that Jonathan Leger actually answers or at least someone that works for him?, I have been trying for about a week now to get an answer from his askjonleger.com support desk and no answers. I sent a PM on here to him and have even tried calling the phone number on the domain registration info and still have not heard back. If you have any info on how to actually reach him or his people please pm me the info. Thanks!
That's weird. Usually one of his staff will reply the support ticket within 24-48 hours. When you submit a ticket, do you set the priority to 'High'?
Yes I did set the priority to high and I logged in to insure that my request was live and even bumped the thread a few times. Over the last week I did get one response but it was a generic inquiry asking for the receipt which I sent them right away and that was it, no other response from them.
Maybe he have a lot of support ticket to reply. Do you have a problem with his product or what? I have a couple of his products, maybe I can help you a bit.
Yes I understand that he may have a large number of support tickets to answer, but I opened the thread on Friday and still am unable to login to my account. I feel that the amount of time that has passed without resolving the issue is unacceptable. If it was a minor problem with the service I would agree to a longer response time but for a major issue such as no access to the service for which I am paying to use - I expect to get the problem corrected in a shorter period of time.
If the service that you pay is still in a time period that you can file a Paypal dispute, just do it. Usually seller will react very fast when it comes to Paypal dispute. I'm not asking you to this in a 1st place, but when there is nothing more that you can do due to the poor support, this is decision that you have to make.
I have purchased from Jonathan Leger before with no problem. But when I bought 3WayLinks it has opened a week so far of absolutely nightmarish experience. I paid $47 through PayPal but my login does not work and I am getting NO HELP from the Help Desk at all. I got one paragraph yesterday that basically called me a liar - that my login did work. But it still does not and there is no one there who will help. If you are considering dealing with Jonathan Leger, realize that you are doing so at your own risk. At this point, IMHO it is bordering on a scam. They took my money but they give no service and don't respond to support. In my books, that is a scam and Jonathan Leger has scammed me. Here is a letter I wrote to the PayPal Resolution Desk today with a copy to Jonathan Leger. This is one of the weirdest nightmares I have ever experienced and I am 67 years old. It is worse than twilight zone. 1) When I log into my account and input my email address and the username I chose and you confirmed I get a message that says YOUR FORM SUBMISSION CONTAINED THE FOLLOWING ERRORS: INVALID USER NAME OR PASSWORD. 2) Since that does not work, I click on "Forgot your password?" and it sends me to a form and I fill out my email address. 3) When I click on "Send Me My Password" I get a message that says: "That email address does not exist as an active account." THAT is the email address with which I signed up but somewhere in your system it is not recognizing it. It recognized my PayPal account and took my money. I'm just asking that you go in and activate the account so it DOES recognize it. Can you see why I am frustrated? I go round and round on this and YOU DO NOT HAVE THE COURTESY of checking it out and trying to do something. Instead you call me a liar. Well - I have had it. Beginning tomorrow I am going to write to ONE FORUM EVERY DAY where I find the name Jonathan Leger to relate my frustrating and nightmarish experience. I will not defame you, but I will certainly let people know what I am experiencing and I will not stop writing to forums until my service has been started and I am compensated for the time I have paid and not received service. This is an OUTRAGE and I think other IM have a right to know. This is the most insensitive and uncaring company that I have ever dealt with and I intend to spread the word. Why would you bring this on yourself? It is absolutely senseless and stupid. I have bought hundreds of $ of goods and services from Jonathan. Why does he treat me this way? WHY? What have I done to deserve this kind of treatment? I am just trying to use what I paid for. Doesn't anyone there care in the least? Maybe when you read me on the forums you will!
I still have not heard back from his support desk. I even left a comment on his blog asking for help. Not sure of any other ways to reach him. I do not want to cancel the service but if I do not get an answer by Monday the 24th I will have no choice but to cancel the service. If anyone has any suggestions on how to actually get a response from Jonathan Leger or his support department please either pm me the info or post it. Thanks!
I just got a reply from the askjonleger.com support desk. All it said was sorry for the delay and that I should now have access to the service so I went to the site and entered my login info and it now lets me in but my sites are back to the declined status so having access amounts to basically not having access because I cannot do anything but try to get the next issue resolved. I am really fed up with the whole thing and am leaning toward just canceling the whole thing.
They fixed my login problem today but over the weekend they refunded my payment so I am not sure what I should do now?.
I just thought I would follow up and let everyone know how this turned out - I just canceled the service with Jonathan Leger because the customer service is really really bad, it can takes weeks to get a response and when you do it is usually just a delay asking for info they already have and the icing on the cake is the fact that they charged my paypal account twice for one months service and now I have to do a chargeback to get the extra payment back. Just for the record I made over 25 attempts to get this resolved and was never able to actually get Jonathan Leger to respond. The only person who ever answered was a customer support person and that was only a few times out of the many many requests. The askjonleger.com support seems to be nothing more then a black hole so anyone thinking of using one of his paid services should understand that they may be throwing money away. This is just my two cents and I hope I may save someone from a big hassle by posting this information.
